My name is Katelynn Polanco, and it’s a true joy and blessing to walk alongside you and your child on this journey. I am a follower of Christ and deeply believe that God has given me a heart for serving children. I’m passionate about mental health and committed to honoring the real and important feelings your child experiences. I earned my undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University and am currently continuing my education there as a master’s student, working toward my goal of becoming a clinical psychologist. I’m currently serving as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), and I feel incredibly thankful for the opportunity to support children and families in meaningful, lasting ways. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings—including clinics and schools—with children of all ages. I specialize in working with children on the autism spectrum and have experience helping those navigating trauma, ADHD, anger management, and other behavioral or emotional challenges. My greatest hope is to help you and your child grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Please know that you are always welcome here, and don’t hesitate to reach out. She specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating grief, identity, eating concerns, and the everyday work of building healthier relationships with themselves and the people around them. Jasmine believes healing happens in community. That conviction has shaped her work beyond the therapy room, from leading after-school programming through Thrive Longview to volunteering with Longview Queens United, Inc. and the 1919 Longview Remembrance Project.
